Meet Donna

Donna has taken an unplanned journey to becoming a subject matter expert in having an intimate relationship with Jesus. She was raised in many different households and churches, and even though she’d had an ongoing conversation with God for as long as she can remember, she actually hated going to church until life brought her to sudden isolation. Growing up with her twin sister was her one constant, and when her twin moved away, she was suddenly drawn to the one place she had always dreaded going, church. Upon entering the first church she stepped into of her own accord she was handed a wooden heart with a verse handwritten on it, and felt a glimmer of hope. From there she found Jesus at the library, one of her favorite places, and church became her new family residence.
